About Televio

What is Televio internet television?

Internet television allows for the broadcast of television programs through an internet connection. The signal can be received without the need for other additional devices such as antennas. Televio allows you to receive more than 100 channels through an internet connection from any provider. To function correctly, the platform requires an internet connection with a speed of at least 4 Mb/s.

Is the Televio service legal?

Yes! We broadcast all of out content legally. All channels are distributed on the basis of contracts with content providers.

Can I use Televio in other countries?

Yes, the service is available in all countries of the EU.

Why do I have to go through verification when registering outside of Poland?

The verification process helps us determine whether the person registering on Televio is a Polish citizen. This action relates to regulation 2017/1128 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on cross-border portability of online content services in the internal market.

Ordering and payment for the Televio service

How can I order Televio?

Ordering Televio is very simple and doesn't take much time at all!

  1. Select the package you're interested in.
  2. Create an account.
  3. Pay with a payment card.
  4. All done! Enjoy Televio internet television!

Where can I find my order history?

Every user has access to their order history, which you will find in the section Shop.

How to find your order history:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. In the main menu, select the section Shop.
  3. On the bottom of the page, click on History of orders.
  4. All done! All of your orders can be found here.

How can I pay for the service?

All packages can be paid for using the PayU payment gate. Payments for subsequent months will be charged to your card automatically. You can cancel the service anytime without any additional fees.

Why do I have to consent to my payment card infromation being saved?

In order to use our service, you need to agree to recurrent payments and to your payment card information being saved. The subscription will be paid automatically every month and you won't have to worry about remembering to pay for the service.

Where is my payment card information saved?

Your full payment card information is being saved by the PayU payment gate. The Televio company is only able to access a censored version of the payment information, so that we can pair your payments to your subscriber account. Ordinarily, we only receive the last four digits and the date of expiry.

Is my payment card information secure?

For storage and transfer of sensitive data, PayU uses the most up-to-date encryption protocol TLS 1.2, which is compliant with the strict PCI DSS 3.2 security standards. This means your data is always sufficiently protected.

How can I cancel automatic payments?

Automatic payments can be canceled by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. In the top right corner, select Account settings from the drop-down menu. Select the section Services.
  3. In the Payment cards section, find the card which you would like to remove.
  4. Press the cross icon on the right to remove the card.
Where can I find information about my saved payment cards?

You can find information about all saved payment cards in the Payment cards section of your account settings..

To manage the cards:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. In the top right corner, select Account settings from the drop-down menu. Select the section Services.
  3. You will find all information in the Payment cards section.

How and when can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime without any additional fees.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. In the top right corner, select Account settings from the drop-down menu. Select the section Services.
  3. In the My subscriptions section, click the Cancel all button.

Supported devices

How many devices can I use the service on?

You can use the Televio service on up to two Smart TV type devices, as well as additional mobile devices.

Can I manage my paired devices?

Yes! You can see all paired devices in your Account settings. To manage devices:

  1. Log into your Televio account.
  2. Go to Account settings.
  3. Open the section My devices.
  4. Here, you can add or remove paired devices.

Can I upgrade my service to include more devices?

Yes! Televio offers the URZĄDZENIA 3x package, which allows you to watch TV on an additional mobile device, set-top box, or Smart TV. You can purchase the package in the section Shop.

What devices can I use Televio on?

  • Smart TV — TVs with the AndroidTV operating system (such as Sony, Philips, Sharp, Hisense, TCL, Thomson), LG TV with WebOS and Samsung TV with Tizen OS.
  • Set-top boxes — Televio apps are available on Apple devices with tvOS 12 and higher, as well as on all set-top boxes with AndroidTV certification.
  • Mobile devices — Televio apps are available for devices with Android 5 and higher, as well as iOS 12.0 and higher.
  • PCs and laptops — web browsers on Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
  • Google Cast — any devices supporting video streaming through Chromecast.

Where can I download the Televio application into my phone?

Do I need a set-top box to use the service?

No. You can use Televio on your computer, phone, tablet or Smart TV. Set-top boxes are meant mainly for TVs, which are not directly supported by our apps.

TV packages

What TV packages does Televio offer?

Televio offers 3 basic packages:

  • BASIC— includes 50 channels, 25 hours of recordings, and 168 hours of timeshift.
  • FAMILY— includes 84 channels, 50 hours of recordings, and 168 hours of timeshift.
  • PREMIUM— includes 99 channels, 120 hours of recordings, and 168 hours of timeshift.

What channels are available on Televio?

We offer more than 100 channels of different genres, such as:

  • General: TVP1, TVP2, Polsat, TV4, TV Puls, ZOOM TV.
  • Movie channels: Kino TV, Kino Polska, Filmbox (Premium, Family, Extra, Action), Stopklatka TV, AXN, FilMax, FOX, FOX Comedy.
  • Children's channels: Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, Duck TV, Duck TV Plus, BBC CBeebies.
  • Documentary: National Geographic, National Geographic Wild, Nat Geo People, BBC Earth, NASA TV UHD.

Where can I see what is currently airing?

You can check the current TV programme in the TV Guide, available in the Televio apps or on the Televio website. Our electronic programme guide (EPG) offers a programme schedule up to 5 days ahead. The search tool in our guide makes it even easier to find interesting channels and programmes.


What features does Televio offer?

Televio includes the following modern features:

  • Catch-up — watch content from up to 7 days back.
  • Start-over — watch currently airing content from the beginning.
  • Pause — programs can be paused in real time.
  • Recordings — save programs for later directly in the app.

The abovementioned features are available only for selected channels.

Does Televio have a parental lock?

Yes, content aimed at people over 18 years old is protected by a PIN code.

Televio account

How can I change the password to my Televio account?

Your password can be easily changed in the account settings.

  1. Go to Account settings.
  2. Go to the section User.
  3. Under Password, input your new password and confirm it.
  4. Press the Change password button to save the changes.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forgot the password to your Televio account, you can generate a new one. Follow the steps below:

  1. On the login page, click on the Forgotten pasword link.
  2. On the Forgotten password renewal page, enter your e-mail address or the login username which you chose during registration.
  3. A code which will allow you to set a new password will be sent to your e-mail address.

What is the PIN code for?

The PIN code is used for the parental lock. 18+ content can be accessed using this code.

How can I set a PIN code?

PIN code can be set while creating a new account. The system will automatically ask you to set it.

How to change PIN code?

You can change your PIN code at any time.

  1. Log into your Televio account.
  2. Go to the section User.
  3. In the PIN section, click the Change PIN button. An e-mail about the PIN code change will be sent to your address.
  4. Follow the instructions in the e-mail.

What are user profiles?

A user profile is your personal space, where you can personalize the service according to your preferences.

Each user can personalize their:

  • Profile name
  • Preferred app language
  • Icon color
  • List of favorite channels
  • Order in which channels are shown

How can I delete my Televio account?

If you'd like to delete your Televio account, please contact Televio customer support. After confirming your personal information and removing your payment card, the account will be deleted.
